Can I request a custom-made item?
Certainly. See something you like on the blog? Something else you have in mind? If you have a custom request, feel free to email us.
So long as the fabric of your choice is still is stock, we can accommodate you. All custom fabric requests should be discussed via
email before purchase.

What is your pricing for custom requests?
All pricing, as well as other conditions (shipping time, etc.) will be discussed via email before purchase. Pricing would depend on the size, time, and quantity of the item(s).

What fabrics are available to me? Why isn't every item listed in every fabric?
Some fabrics are in limited quantity and may only be available for smaller projects. Sometimes, we simply haven't made every item in every fabric yet. If you see a fabric not listed for a particular item, email us and we'll see what we can do.

What are your payment options?
You can shop directly online using our PayPal shopping cart system. Even if you do not have a PayPal account, you can use credit cards and bank transfers all securely via our PayPal site.

What is the estimated shipping time?
All deliveries are sent out on weekdays. For items in stock, your package should arrive via USPS within a week. If you request a custom item, arrival time will still be a week from the shipment date, but since these items are not in stock, time to ship may be longer.

How do I know when my item has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email.

What is the shipping and handling fee?
The following are the rates for shipping the goods and buying the packaging. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order total from $0.01 - $45.00:        $8.00
Order total from $45.01 - $100.00:     $11.00
Order total from $100.01 - $150.00:   $13.00
Order total from $150.01 - $200.00:   $15.00
Order total from $200.01 - $over :      $17.00

What is your return policy?
Returns and/or exchanges are issued for damaged goods within 2 weeks of your purchase. Please email us to arrange for a return.
